MILE means Mutual Investment for Life Everywhere. The proposal is designed around patient investment in systems that make essential life more secure: clean energy, accessible housing, food and water resilience, health, learning, local ownership, and public-interest technology.
The long-term ambition is a transparent global-dividend model, established lawfully, funded responsibly, and governed with the people it would serve. It is a research and institution-building proposal—not a claim of control over anyone's assets.
